It is a 435 acre geological park featuring Pennsylvania's largest cave. It is located just fifty miles south of Pittsburgh, off Route 40, east of Uniontown.

• May 1st thru October 31st:   open 7 days a week, even on holidays, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  

• For April only and for November (until Thanksgiving) only:   open Saturdays and Sundays only.    

• During December, January, February, & March:   Laurel Caverns is closed for the season.
