Laurel Caverns has much to offer!

   Laurel Caverns is Pennsylvania's largest cave, located just 50 miles south of Pittsburgh. The cavern itself is situated beneath a 435 acre geological park.

   We have many things to offer a family as well as groups. There's a picnic shelter, as well as picnic tables in the open to eat you lunch under the sun. We also have nice grassy area's to spread a blanket on for a more traditional picnic.

 Inside, we have a great gift shop to fit any budget, complete with soda machines and candy. A balcony with a perfect view awaits you out back. On a clear day, you can even see Pittsburgh.

   And your family will really enjoy our 18 hole mini-golf course, called Kavernputt, and panning for fossils or gem stones. More information about these can be found by clicking on the buttons at the top.

Hours of operation:

May 1st thru Oct. 31st: Open 7 days a week, even on Holidays 9am to 5pm

In April and November (until Thanksgiving) only: open Sat. and Sun. 9am to 5pm

Laurel Caverns is closed Dec. thru March.
